What to Expect
Working for Virtual Reps 365 means you are an independent contractor. You will be required to complete a background check, drug test, and W9 form. Also, you will receive a 1099 for your tax document.
Client Certification Course
Arise requires all agents to attend live online client certification training.
Monday thru Friday for 4 hours per day.

Getting Paid
Pay per hour is between $9 to $14 per hour.
Most clients require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and a few hours on the weekend.
